As a rank 1 Field Agent of your Bureau, you are granted the use of a satchel allowing you to magically send and receive field reports to and from your Bureau through a special pouch. Your Librarian's satchel magically produces prewritten and field-ready report forms at your request, covering most common notation needs. It also occasionally produces sticky notes printed with useful information and feedback from your Bureau.

Requisition Form (Ivory) Once per day, you are able to fill out the appropriate requisition form and submit it back to your Bureau through the satchel to request either a Common magic item or a non-magical item, nonliving item of your choice with value up to 100gp. The requested item must fit inside the satchel's main pocket where it will appear. The Bureau has final approval on your request and may require the item to be returned or for compensation in the event of its loss. Only one item may be requisitioned at a time.

Secret Satchel

As a Rank 2 Field Agent, your Librarian's satchel gains additional features and becomes an uncommon magic item. The satchel’s main pouch now functions as the replica chest used for the Leomund’s Secret Chest spell, becoming an uncommon magic item. The secret chest resides in your Bureau's secure vault within the Librarium Magnifica. You can open the secret chest through your Librarian's Satchel to deposit or withdraw items—even items that wouldn’t normally fit in your satchel, but which fit within the chest. There is no chance for the spell to end.

Requisition Form (Periwinkle) As a Rank 2 Field Agent, you have access to the a higher priority requisition form. Once per day, you are able to fill out the appropriate requisition form and submit it back to your Bureau through the satchel to request an Uncommon magic item or a non-living, non-magical item of your choice with value up to 500gp and no larger than 12 cubic feet of nonliving material (3 feet by 2 feet by 2 feet).The Bureau has final approval on your request and may require the item to be returned or for compensation in the event of its loss. Only one item may be requisitioned at a time.

Satchel of Holding

At Rank 3, your Librarian's Satchel receives another upgrade to have the storage capacity of a bag of holding. The satchel has an interior space considerably larger than its outside dimensions. The satchel can hold up to 500 pounds, not exceeding a volume of 64 cubic feet. The satchel weighs 15 pounds, regardless of its contents. Retrieving an item from the satchel requires an action.

Requisition Form (Lavender) As a Rank 3 Field Agent, you are able to make a greater request of your Bureau. Once per day, you are able to fill out the appropriate requisition form and submit it back to your Bureau through the satchel to request a Rare Magic Item or a non-magical, nonliving item of your choice with value up to 1000gp that is able fit inside your Satchel's extra-dimensional space.The Bureau has final approval on your request and may require the item to be returned or for compensation in the event of its loss. Only one item may be requisitioned at a time.

Portable Hole Satchel

At Rank 4, your Librarian's Satchel receives another upgrade, becoming a very rare magic item. The extra-dimensional space accessed by your satchel's primary pocket now has the storage capacity of a portable hole — 6 feet in diameter and 10 feet deep. As before, you can place any appropriately sized object into the portable-hole-sized pocket, even if it wouldn’t normally fit into your satchel.

Requisition Form (Coral) As a Rank 4 Field Agent, you are able to make an even greater request of your Bureau. Once per week, you are able to fill out the appropriate requisition form and submit it back to your Bureau through the satchel to request a Very Rare magic item that is able fit inside your Satchel's extra-dimensional space.The Bureau has final approval on your request and may require the item to be returned or for compensation in the event of its loss. Only one item may be requisitioned at a time.

Magnificent Mansion Satchel

At Rank 5, your Librarian's Satchel receives another upgrade, becoming a Legendary magic item. The extra-dimensional space accessed by your satchel's primary pocket now opens into a pocket dimension per the Magnificent Mansion spell. The pocket dimension is persistent as long as the bag is magical and can be accessed by placing one's foot in it.

Requisition Form (Goldenrod) As a Rank 5 Field Agent, you are able to make an even greater request of your Bureau. Once per month, you are able to fill out the appropriate requisition form and submit it back to your Bureau through the satchel to request a Legendary magic item that is able fit inside your Satchel's extra-dimensional space.The Bureau has final approval on your request and may require the item to be returned or for compensation in the event of its loss. Only one item may be requisitioned at a time.
